- Contract Termination: The client has the option to terminate the contract by providing a written notice of 15 days to BrilliantVirtualemployee.co.uk. If the client prefers a longer notice period, BrilliantVirtualemployee.co.uk can accommodate this request. However, the client must agree to provide an equal duration notice period.
2. Inadequate Employee Performance: If the employee’s performance is deemed wholly inadequate, BrilliantVirtualemployee.co.uk will offer a complete refund to the client.
3. Unsatisfactory Employee Performance: If the employee’s performance is satisfactory but falls short of expected levels, charges will be applied on a pro-rata basis for the days worked. Any outstanding amount will then be refunded to the client.
4. Employee Replacement: If desired, BrilliantVirtualemployee.co.uk can replace the employee who did not meet the client’s expectations. Any outstanding payment can be used as credit towards the next employee.
5. Timely Communication: It is essential for the client to communicate any dissatisfaction as early as possible, preferably within the first week of employment. This allows us to address the issue promptly and take necessary measures. Failure to communicate early may result in our inability to question the employee’s abilities or implement the above measures. In such cases, termination of our services will require adherence to the applicable notice period (either 15 days or 1.5 months, depending on the agreed terms at the time of the first payment).
